If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we offer a clear and customer-friendly Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunmodified, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and hardware.
  • You must include your original order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure proper processing, all returns must follow these steps:

1. Contact Our Support Team

Email us at sales@wellerrecreation.com to request a return. Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm eligibility.

2. Receive Your Return Authorization (RA) Number

Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

3. Package the Item Securely

  • Use the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, keys, chargers, manuals, and components.

4. Clearly Mark the RA Number

Write your RA number on the outside of the package so our team can identify your return quickly.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
  2. We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied based on product condition.
  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary.


Non-Refundable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened, used, or modified vehicles or parts
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Special order items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will resolve the matter promptly, either through replacement parts, repair, or exchange depending on the situation.


Important Notes

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, neglect, or improper handling may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees, delivery charges, and optional services (insurance, assembly, expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
  • For all vehicles, once fuel has been added or the battery is activated, the unit is considered used and may no longer qualify for a return.
